
The principal objectives of wraysbury matters are:
● To encourage and promote ‘happy and healthy minds’ within the Wraysbury and Horton community for local adults, young people and children
● To identify local individuals and groups that have experience and knowledge with community activities and events and/or have specialist relevant skills to share
● To promote awareness and uptake of existing activities and clubs
● To develop a directory to promote awareness and uptake of local and national helplines and services
● To work closely with local community individuals and groups to:
a) review the current range of local activities and clubs for adults, young people and children and
b) identify any gaps in provision and propose new activities and clubs
● To increase local volunteering opportunities and programmes
● To develop and support a youth parish council
● To keep the village up to date with initiatives via Swan Radio
● To be available at “Baptist Coffee Mornings” to provide information as required
● To liaise with other groups within the community
