Tickets are £12 and you need to pre book as numbers are limited.

During the session I’ll use some or all of the following: gongs, singing bowls, chimes, a drum, rattles, my voice and other percussion to lead you on a journey through sound. Participants experience the vibrations and frequencies of the sound inside their body and all around them, and it can be a profound feeling – like a sonic massage. There is a guided relaxation at the start of the session, and a few minutes for ‘waking up’ at the end. This may be most relaxed you’ve been for months!
